Maintenance & Repair
Tenant can submit any repair on thr portal, it will be recorded in the system and be responded to within 12 hours. In Case of Emergency, response will be immediate.
Violation Clearing
We handle clearing any state or city violations. We manage the process and vendors required to handle the violation.
Owner Bank Account
We will create a trust account on behalf of building owners, to ensure all payments are made on time, and all expenses are taken care of.

Maintain Building Supplies
To ensure that our building is functioning smoothly we will track all building supplies and keep them in a good standard.
House Rules / By-Laws Oversight
We will review and inspect the house rules and ensure that our residents and vendors are following them.
Building Services Contract
We will review the service contracts with maintenance to ensure equipment is always in good condition, and keep all equipment in order and in stock.

Cleaning Services
Cleaning services and trash removal are provided for indoor communal areas and all outdoor areas. We always keep all parts of the property in compliance with New York Health Code.
Legal & Accounting services
Whenever you need help with filing your annual tax return or need legal services to write a letter to your tenant, process eviction, or handle court cases we have in-house Accounting, CPA, and legal counsel at discounted prices.
Apartment Marketing
We will create marketing material that includes photos and videos. We will advertise your apartment with the most popular sites in your area to achieve a low vacancy rate.
New / Renew Lease
We will provide the right lease terms that fit to your building or apartment.
Vendor List
A-Z Property Management will provide a list of the best vendors in each industry, with the best rates to benefit the owners and tenants.
Violation Clearing
We handle clearing any state or city violations. We manage the process and vendors required to handle the violation.
Security Deposits
We will open an individual account for security deposits exclusively.
Maintain Building Supplies
To ensure that our building is functioning smoothly we will track all building supplies and keep them to a good standard.
Department of Building
All Registrations and Filing with the corrrect documents will be handled by our team of experts. We will keep in constant communication with alll Department of Building agencies, and ensure the building is always up to code, laws, and regulations.

Storm Services
We will monitor any storm, and make all the necessary preperations to ensure the residents and properties safety.
We also have a after-storm response team available to fix and clean any part of the property to ensure residents saftey and that the property is up to Code.

A-Z Application
We will run internal application processes with credit and background checks to pick the right tenants for the board rental applications process.
Move in / Out Inspection
We will inspect the apartment every time that tenant moves out and moves in to keep the apartment under good standards
Repair and New Item Bidding
Any maintenance, repair, or new item sales required will have bidding run from three different companies to ensure the best quality and pricing.
Owner Portal
Login any time, any where to see expense reports, payments, and repair/maintenance requests.
Expenses Payments
We will process and file all business expenses, to keep all business accounts in good standing.
Building Amenities
(Where Applicable)
We will keep all building amenities under review to make sure all facilities are up-to-date and in good condition.
Building Equipment
We will inspect all the existing equipment (Boiler, Elevator, Safety Equipment and others) in the building and create a report and to-do list to make sure that all equipment is functioning and in a good condition.
Property Maintenance
We will inspect, maintain and follow building codes for our residents safety.

Insurance Procurement
We will review your insurance policy coverage and annual rate to ensure that it fits your properties needs- in case we may need to activate your policy.
